    keyword=Efficiency of R-arm too

    While we're at it, we can check the R-arm scint efficiency using
    the same procedure as in halog 142464. Note, in my haste I may have
    said "efficiency" where I meant "inefficiency". I think I fixed
    this, but bottom line is efficiency is ~99% and inefficiency ~1%.

    Same analysis (run 2948) for R-arm scint efficiency

    Raw Scaler Rates
    T1 = 2400 Hz
    T2 = 42 Hz (--> naive trigger inefficiency = 1.7%)

    Using VDC hits:
    Fraction good T1 = 99.5 %
    Fraction good T2 = 79 %
    Trigger inefficiency = 1.3 %
    Single-plane scint. ineffic. = 0.65 %

    Using VDC tracks
    Fraction good T1 = 99.2 %
    Fraction good T2 = 76 %
    Trigger inefficiency = 1.4 %
    Single-plane scint. ineffic. = 0.7 %

    This is an acceptable inefficiency, and the R-arm is much
    cleaner than L-arm.
