apparently after the IOC reboot at the beginning of Swing shift, the
stripchart was blank.
Notice the right septum upper (orange) and lower (purple) coil
temperatures. There seems to be occasional fluctuations in the
right septum coil temperatures, on order 0.5 Kelvin. I haven't seen
any beam related changes that might be causing it.
