    keyword=Moller Target is out

    Prompted by questions from accelerator trying to track down the reason for repeated electronics failures in the vicinity of the Moller target asked Eugene Chudakov about the status of the Moller target. It is out. You can tell from the TV screens in the counting house. In rack CH01A04 there is a bank of 4 TV monitors. If the upper right one shows a scale with the number 20 visible and the lower left one shows a scale with an arrow pointing to around 30 (31 in this case), then the Moller target is out.
    Eugene says Roman is coming by to make a visual inspection, since we're in controlled access anyway.
