    0:20 Septum IOC is down. In process of trying to bring it up we killed left VDC HV so run 4796 is crap. Found ops guide that said to call MCC for IOC problem. We did that and are waiting for feedback...in the meantime we found out how to reboot it ourselves. Seems it takes 15 MINUTES to initialize!

    We are also trying to get replay fixed. Good start to the shift.
