    keyword=ROC3 slot 9 not responding

    ROC 3 slot 9 fastbus module was not responding. This is also
    revealed by the analyzer when it prints out

    It's an obscure message, but the "d" should be "f" which points
    to slot 9 missing. I should probably make the messages more
    clear or more dire sounding.
    Another clue was that the deadtime was unusually high (28% at 300 Hz)
    which is because ROC3 was timing out.
    Unfortunately since there is no data from ROC3 the data from this
    time period is of dubious merit.
