Came in this morning to find that there was a site-wide power outage last night.

In the Counting house, audible alarms on the "Detectors Gas Systen Interlock 
Status":
     Gas Leak, and Main Relay are red.
Audible alarm on "Detector Flammable Gas Sensors":
     Gas Shed, Methane LOW and HIGH are red.

adaql8 is frozen after reboot at trying to startup CUPS server.  adaql2 is not 
starting up Xserver after reboot.
hacsbc2 needed to be powered up.
several EPICS variables are white, IOCs down.


As far as HAPPEX crates are concerned:
  No communication to Left Spectrometer crate.
  Injector and Right spectrometer crate had been rebooted (during the night).
  TS and Counting House crate were on a UPS, no reboot occurred.
