This entry is a followup to: 148001

Specifically, in that run there are approximately equal numbers of sequence 
errors of two types: helicity on the first event of a pair doesn't match what's 
expected from the RNG, or helicity on the second event of a pair is the same as 
helicity on the first event.

On the other hand, there are no errors like wrong value for pairsynch.  If 
there were, this might suggest a problem with lost triggers.  Since we don't 
see that, it looks more like an actual problem with the helicity signal -- 
either it's getting corrupted somehow, or possibly the timing is bad.  I 
suggest looking at its timing on a scope first, since that's easy.
