    keyword=Left vdc ioc needed to be reset twice since 8am

    When we came in this morning the ioc related to the vcd of the left magnet were down (white display on the hall a general tool). We reset it be calling the crate reset button (on the same general tool screen) A few minutes ago, I noticed that the ioc dropped again. Reseting solved the problem. Might be just bad ioc karma for today or something is not quite reset properly.

    Also, we cannot turn on the HV for the left vdc.
