    keyword=Right Arm S0 checkout..

Went into the Right Arm to checkout the s0 signal/HV connections. Found that
there was a ground loop cause quite a bit of noise that was then amplified with
    the signal amplifier.

After some trial and error, was able to remove the noise by having the HV and
signal connectors in contact with the aluminum plate on top of the VDCs.

With the HVs set at -1350, I get about 50Hz cosmics rate from the Right arm s0
(from each PMT). S2 appears to get 200Hz.

I also had noticed that a ribbon cable into one of the HRS scalers was not
complete seated... re-seated it. Looks like it was the one reading out all of
    the HAPPEX triggers.

For the record... noted this detector/cable configuration:

    Right Arm:
                               Discriminator
    Detector Location Channel
    -------------------------------------------
S0-A Back of Hut Channel 5
S0-B Front of Hut Channel 6

    Left Arm:
                               Discriminator
    Detector Location Channel
    -------------------------------------------
S0-A Front of Hut Channel 6
S0-B Back of Hut Channel 5

    There is a consistency here...
Front of the hut goes to channel 6
Back of the hut goes to channel 5
