     I have opened up the target JT valve a couple of steps, to 
62% open, to give 18.5 grams per second from CHL; 
this gives us about 100 W "ballast" on the High Power Heater at the present 35 
µA beam current. 

 I have set the step size to "1" for the JT valve. It was initially
set to 0 (which, of course, does nothing), and I suspect it 
may default back to that if the IOC is rebooted.
