During restricted access today, I checked the integrated left detector 
cabling... and compared it to the working right detector cabling.

I believe that I had the polarity of the input signal to the ADC (input is a 
twinax connector) incorrect.  I swapped the polarity.

Used run# 3676 on the carbon target, and saw a response in the left detector to 
changes in high voltage... along with changes in beam current.  Pedestal noise 
(RMS) appears to be around 8.5 channels.

Right detector saw similar responses.  Pedestal noise here, appears to be 
around 5.5 channels.
