    8:00 Shift start

During the owl shift and just before the shift ended
    the target stable conditions were
     Pressure: 218psi and Temperature: 6.41
However while trying to run at 35uA to study the
left septum heating the previous crew reported that the beam tripped and came
back and the pressure excursion of the target went as high as 230 psi.

Dave Armstrong suggested to temporarely reduce the tempetature
to reduce the pressure. It was carried by the owl shift crew around
    8:00 am.
Target pressure 212 psi target Temperature: 6.3 K

We started the shift by asking for low beam current 5 uA while keeping an eye
on the target pressure. At 10 uA fluctuations
where as large as +/- 2psi.
When the beam current was raised from 10 to 20 uA the pressure fluctuations
were as large as +/- 10 psi. We decided to stop the beam and call Jian-Ping to
have an access and relieve the pressure of the target to 200psi.
At this stage we plan to go back to a pressure of around 200 psi and
6.4 K for the temperature. We should start taking production data soon after.
A controlled access has been requested at 8:45.
