The following are the helicity-correlated beam parameters as measured on owl 
last night (7/22).  Since yesterday, we have new beam optics - hopefully this 
will improve angle differences and x position differences.

Note 1: IHWP out
Note 2: Charge asymmetry feedback was ON.
Note 3: The differences in bpm12x do not yet account for the 4 m dispersion.
Note 4: X-axis unit is run number.
Note 5: Y-axis unit is micron, except for charge asymmetry where the unit is 
ppm.
