I attempted a HARP scan to verify the unrastered beam size. I put in the 
parameters mentioned in the "HARP scan" document

Mode: CW
Current: 5.0 uA
Arc Tuning: ACHRO
Command file name: data56


When START was pressed to begin the dscan, nothing happened. I tried some more 
times with the same result. I then called MCC to ask them to try scanning 
HARP's 5 and 6, and they were not able to get it ot work either.

I have given up on the HARP and am moving on to check the raster with spot++.
