    keyword=dithering magnet moved in BSY: 1C05V -> 1C06V

    Object 3 in the modulation code, which in software refers to MAT1C03H, is, in
    fact, controlling MAT1C02V. Software control for MAT1C02V is, in fact,
    controlling MAT1C03H. So the physical coils are just like their names suggest,
    and we were mistaken to think otherwise.

    Since we had planned to move a vertical magnet from 1C03 to 1C02, and found
    that the configuration we proposed to create was already there, we needed an
    alternate plan. After casting about a bit, we decided to move the degenerate
    1C05 vertical modulation coil to girder 1C06.

    So, we moved beam modulation magnet MAT1C05V from the 1C05 girder to the 1C06
    girder (just before MAT1C06H). From Jay's model, this position is not clever
    (it sits at a node of beta, meaning that this coil should have no affect at
    all). However, since the predictions for the vertical beta function are
    verifiably imprecise (the target is not near a beta node, for instance) and
    there is significant phase advance in this region, this seemed to be as
    promising as any other approach.

    Nothing in analysis configurations, etc, needs to change. Accelerator may
    change their MEDM screens to reflect the setpoint on each magnet.
