    keyword=Dithering slopes in x for run 3827 and run 3858

    The first plot shows the dithering slopes for bpm4ay and bpm4by, but there are 
none displayed for bpm4bx and bpm4bx which I believe should be displayed where 
it says "Empty Histogram". The beam modulation plots are displayed in Figure 2, 
and it is not clear to me that this dithering cycle should not have x slopes 
displayed. I noticed the same thing in run 3858.
