    Spectr. DAQ run 2290 had beam sometimes off, sometimes 0.8 uA (DC,
    not pulsed, I think). Raster was off & no target. Cavity monitors
    were checked, see fig 1. The positions are fairly well correlated to
    striplines. This was plotted for "beam on" (see arrow). If you
    plot "beam off" data you get a cloud. I do not know what causes the
    constellation clouds when beam is on. Fig 2 shows calibration of 4AY.
    The others monitors look similar, but there was litlle movement in
    X (I am waiting for a raster run). This is for spectrometer DAQ
    only. So, for this DAQ the resolution is about 116 microns -- it is
    a combination of cavity + striplines. This is decent.
