    Commissioning of cavity monitors near target (4A, 4B).

    Musson says downstream cavity is anti-correlated to striplines in Y.
    We can fix it with access (put a 15 cm cable on one cavity output),
    but we'll wait on that; meanwhile simply multiply by "-1".

    It's realized that the raster is on, about 2A in X & Y,
    and we cannot turn it off.  The manual control unit in Hall A
    counting room is at zero but there's a nonzero field in the 
    readback (box on scope, not collapsed to a point), and spot++ 
    says the RMS is ~170 um in X & Y. 
    
    More scans to avoid the middle where signal "chatters"
    due to motion.

    Next, we do an X,Y scan to check things out.
