Strip charts flat lined again.  Ask for no beam and reboot.  Again, the CHL 
flow spiked, reaching over 27 g/s (scary!).  It comes down relatively quickly, 
but there is nothing to do but watch and cringe because communication with the 
JT valve is the last to come back (AFTER CHL settles down).  Is there any way 
to prevent this?
