    keyword=careful with one-arm runs!

    Since the septum field definitely 'talk' to each other, we do have to be careful about taking single-arm runs, and they should be noted very conspicuously. During e94-107 we have seen a shift in y-tgt on the opposite arm when one of the septa trip off.

    The next time it happens, it would be good to take a Q2-scan run in those conditions so as to see how/if the distribution shifts.
