The helicity control board has been repaired.  The setpoint is back to "30Hz 
Beam Sync" (which means synch'd to 60Hz line phase).  This is the preferred 
setpoint.  We spent most of today in Free Clock mode, which is not line 
synch'd, since that worked and the line synch mode didn't.
