This entry is a followup to: 152206

forgot screenshot with present PC voltages - only Gun 3 voltages are relevant.  
We also adjusted the Hall C IA setpoint to zero their asymmetry.  We should 
keep an eye on this throughout the night.  Also, the Hall A IA was tweaked to 
get the charge asymmetry right.  We should tweak the A IA if we see the Aq 
drifting from 300 during the rest of this slug.
