This entry is a followup to: 152487

It seems that the last change I made to the cavity phases has given us much 
improvement in the cavity output.  All cavities seem to be working now - in 
both DAQs.

Below I show the plots from the data analysis from the spectrometer DAQ run 
2491 - with the cut requiring beam on.  Things may not be perfect, but they 
look pretty good.
