    keyword=quieting false VDC HV alarms.

    Bryan showed up and explains that the way to quiet the left VDC
    alarms is to type "caput HrsH_VDC_rHVBot.HIHI 0.02" and similarly
    Bot->Top. Actually there was a note attached to hacsbc2 terminal
    about this known problem.
