    keyword=Set HV on HAPPEX detectors

    I noticed while filling out the runsheets that the HV settings on the HAPPEX 
detectors were reversed.  Since we are running on empty target this doesn't 
really matter, but I did set them to their correct values:

Det1 (left arm) = -1615 V
Det3 (right arm) = -1515 V
