Flipper files had not been updated from our tests yesterday, so run 5006 and 
5007 had the old setpoints for IHWP OUT shown below.  The setpoints have been 
updated and are shown below, and we are now running with these parameters 
starting with run 5008.  We are now running with the RHWP at 32 deg.

I also updated the flipper file for IHWP IN.
