MCC cannot get the Moller quads to turn on after they tripped.  They
are calling people in, and estimate it would be an hour before the
quads were on if it was a simple problem to find and fix (0.5 hr for
the people to get in, and 0.5 hr to fix the problem).

They would be willing to try to deliver beam without the quads, but
are not sure they could without ion chamber trips.
We will try to reach the RC to see if we want to try having beam
without the Moller quads.
