    keyword=Scanner Contour plots

    Although these plots aren't as interesting since Bob's plots show that
    the feautures seen in the scanner are due to optics, I have included here
    a couple of scanner contour plots calibrated to cm (not absolute - only
    relative distance is accurate). Fig. 1 and 2 are the left and right
    spectra for production conditions (run 5293). Fig. 3 and 4 are the left
    and right spectra for the target density at 80% (run 5401). These plots
    at least give an idea of the position of the peak/shoulder across the
    focal plan and the width of the elastic peak for each arm. The vertical
    axis is the transverse axis in the focal plane, the horizontal axis is
    the dispersive axis, and the color corresponds to the amplitude.
