I modified the dithering parameters to keep the amplitudes small and to use 
each coil, for the testing phase.  Also, I reduced bmw_ticks_per_step (to 18 
from 24), which should make the dither cycles go faster.  These changes will be 
tweaked when we see what the dithering looks like.
