    Did HARP scans.
Spectr. CODA run 2809 going continuously.
HARP run 2176 was with raster on (4.5x2.5) just to verify
HARPS work (should see a raster). The fit results for the
    widths were strange:
    HARP 5 x=2468 um, y=92 um, HARP 6: x = 1342 um, y = 1008 um
(um means "micron"). Gain was 32, signals about 2.5V, perhaps
    not high enough.

We will proceed to measure with the raster off.

Empty target. Raster off. HARP run 2177.
    Visually the picture looks better.
    Gains 16 & 8 (for HARPS 5 & 6).
Sigals about 5 V. Third wire on HARP 6 saturates even if
gain=4. We probably cannot take HARP 6 seriously.
    Fit results:
    HARP 5 x = 505 um, y = 22 um
    HARP 6 x = 34 um, y = 227 um

It's difficult to tell what is messed up, but this does not
look right. Unfortunately we cannot read the HIGZ plot scale
(lettering is obscured). Karl keeps working on it...
