Looks like one of the synchronization signals (R1) was bumped out of the scaler 
in the Right arm HAPPEX crate.  The remaining sync signal (R2) gives me the 
impression that we're still in sync.  At least we didn't lose R2!

This should be fixed during the next access (will take 1 minute to fix... 20 
minutes to open and close the hut doors).
