    keyword=PITA feedback functional... in operation.

    Charge feedback using PITA appears to be functional.  The changes that are 
currently made are small (around 0.01 in PC DAC volts).

There's a new window in the "HAPPEX Feedback Monitor" for PITA feedback.  It's 
switch should be "on", while the Hall-A IA switch should be "off" during normal 
production running.
