I wanted to take a look at the cavities to see if they were working.  I had to 
adjust the pre-gains, post-gains, and phases for both the upstream and 
downstream cavities.  The parameters are shown below.  I took a run with the 
spectrometer DAQ, and everything looks fine - current, x and y.
