This entry is a followup to: 157133

We didn't see too much change in rate in the left arm during our quadrupole 
scans, but det2 was the most sensitive to the change in rate.  You can see in 
the following plots that the shape of the elastic peak didn't change too much, 
but it did broaden with the various settings and perhaps there is a slight 
shoulder created with the change in quad settings for some of these scans.

Run 5678 - Q1 at +5%
