This entry is a followup to: 157202

Following up on the earlier entry: the position differences are no larger for 
the IHWP IN state.  This is interesting as our studies in the injector had 
suggested a possible factor of two or so larger position differences for the 
IHWP IN state. Figure 1 below shows position differences at BPMs in the 5MeV 
injector and in the Hall.
