This entry is a followup to: 157476

In Jaideep's plot from Owl shift showing the Right Septum temperature, one sees 
an apparently steady-state temperature jump up 0.05 K without a change in beam 
current (approx 6:30 am according to the strip chart).  Why did this happen?   

Such an instability would make it very difficult to run near to the septum trip 
point...
