keyword=Current scan, Run 5774
Run 5774 was a current scan (Compton run 12443). BPMs in iocse10 and iocse8
were in forced gain, while bpms in iocse9 (like bpm12) were in feedback mode,
with MCC under strict instructions to not touch the gain search.
I did not do much to verify data quality on this scan, so here's hoping
everything was set appropriately.
The best data in the scan are three current ramps (0,20,40,58,50,30,0 uA) from
event 25000 through event 33500. At first glance, the dater looks terrif!
I'll plan to analyze this run tomorrow and correct the pedestals. Again, at
first glance, it appears that the most significant change will be in the 12x
pedestals.
For reference, the gain settings for iocse9 (in feedback mode) should not have
been changed after the were gain searched last at 58 uA. The gain settings for
the others:
x y
iocse8 1750 1820 Low Gain
iocse10 950 900 High Gain
And the attenuator settings:
uA attenuator
20 146
30 172
40 197
50 222
58 240
