MCC has been unable to raise the current to us; there are problems with the fast feedback (the 60 Hz position locks). They have run through their trouble shooting list for this and not yet fixed it; I suggest that we could run for a while with it off, but they now have their expert on site working on it, so they'd like to keep working on it before trying to run with it off... so we hold tight...
