I modified the default pedestal files for the Counting House crate and the Left 
spectrometer crate, in order to apply newly calibrated pedestals for bpms 8, 10 
12, 4a, 4b, bcmcav2, bcmcav3, bcm1, bcm2, and bcm3.  This change will take 
effect starting with the next run:
Run 5890.

I have not yet applied these changes to previous runs, but this should probably 
be done sometime, along with a re-analysis of that data.  The pedestals used 
are listed below, in a format suitable for inclusion in a pedestal template 
file.
