    keyword=TECH: RQ3 tripped off

    at about 0517, RQ3 tripped off. this happened during happex run 5900 at about event 87000. we let the current drop to zero. the RQ3 magnet power supply gui was captured in fig 1. it's not clear why RQ3 tripped off, but the liquid level strip for the right HRS is captured in fig 2.

    the read current in RQ3 had been about 1457.5A. since the current is above 1400A, we don't need to cycle RQ3.

    we did the following to recover:
    (1) let the current drop to zero
    (2) RESET the faults from the gui
    (3) faults cleared, so i ramped the current to 10A after turning the PS back on
    (4) verified that the polarity was NEGATIVE
    (5) since current reached 10A successfully, set to 1457.5A.
    (6) current appears to be ramping up to 1457.5A

    at 0534, RQ3 was back online. we verified that the field, the sign of the field, the polarity, and the magnet current all match with known previous values.

    RQ3 was fully recovered by event 20000 in happex run 5901.
