Analyzed compton run 12491 and the measured charge assymetry is : 

Aq = +3611ppm.  

I also asked David to recheck my result and he confirms it ( see his email but 
in french !!!)  :

J'ai regarde le run 12491 et je confirme Abeam (R-L)/(R+L) = +3.6 E3 ppm.
Ceci dans les deux BCMs (scaler[10] et [11]).
