Fig 1: Ratio of detector rates det3/det4 as we increase P0 on
R-HRS. Note, the counting mode (spectr. DAQ) and integrating
mode (HAPPEX DAQ) are very consistent.
Fig 2: Shows how the overall rate drops as we increase P0.
R. Feuerbach and B. Moffit have said (I think they said) that
increasing septum by of order 10% would compensate for this drop.
We only scaled septum with P0, which was a tiny change (ca 0.3%).
