I remade slug summary files for slugs 11 and 13. The previous versions of these files had erroneously cut an entire run for a single arm, when that arm was only down for a portion of that run. The net effect is small, only a few 10k in one of the arms, at most, for each slug.

I attach the slug summary text files for these updated slugs 11 and 13.
