keyword=reduced beam current to 52 microamps and tweaked beam positions

in an effort to keep the left septum magnet from warming up too much, we asked MCC to lower the beam current to 52 microamps. for now, we are 10% below the nominal production current of 58 microamps. we'll let the experts decide what to do on a more permanent basis, once they are all awake. see fig 1 for the left septum stripchart.

the bpm X positions were off, so we asked MCC to bring them back to our desired positions:

    A.X +1.47 to +1.56 (desired = +1.6 mm)
    B.X -1.55 to -1.41 (desired = -1.4 mm)

see fig 2 for bpm stripchart
