    keyword=TECH: right septum quench

    while we were spending all this time worrying about the left septum problems, the right septum tripped off. what's strange is that we had been lowering the beam current to avoid quenching the left septum. the right septum quenched at an upper coil temperature of about 7.25K with a beam current of 50 microamps. we asked for beam off so that we could let things cool down.
