    Owl Shift Summary
    Kent/Bob finished up there L-P0 scans.  We decide to skip the
    negative dp0 scan b/c of beam gone.
    Lisa was able to do a nice/clear Q2 scan.
    Lost beam for about 3hrs due to PSS problem in North Linac.
    Compton DAQ didn't work for us until the 15th CODA Reboot.
    Finished the Shift in production mode.
