I changed the pre-gains of the x and y cavity monitors from 9 to 8, per Arne's 
request.  I did this after run 6133 (first run of slug 22) and took HAPPEX run 
6134 and HRS run 2982 to look at the data with these settings.  The 
correlations in the HAPPEX data look the same as they did before the change - 
just the calibration of position to raw channels may have changed slightly.  
The spectrometer data also look ok and are shown below.  The phases and 
post-gains of the cavities were left alone, and no changes to the current 
cavities were made.

We'll run like this for a while and see if the double-peaking continues or not. 
 The new settings begin with HAPPEX run 6135.
