    keyword=Changed pregains on cavity position monitors back to nominal

    After slug 22 ended (after run 6162), I changed the pregains of both x and y 
cavities from 8 back to 9.  All other settings remain the same.  The cavity 
distributions in the spectometer DAQ (run 2987) look the same as usual and the 
position differences in the HAPPEX data do not appear to be double-peaked.

HAPPEX run 6163 is the first run with the current settings (first run of slug 
23).
