Updated (and re-compiled) the parity analyzer in the "gopan" directory to 
what's in CVS.  This just adds in support for the cavity calibration constants. 
 Those constants are not currently in the database, but will be soon.

I've also updated the panguin backend analyzer... and it's currently being 
re-compiled.

Run 6171 will be the first run analyzed by this "new" version.
