Beamline HV crate was alarming. After a few seconds, all channels went to zero.

Powered it down with the HV/OFF... then powered it back up with HV/ON.  Alarm 
is back to normal.

Here's what it looks like now... i think all of the channels that were on 
(before the powerdown) are on again.
